Our hi-tech plant is located at Luna on the outskirts of Vadodara city (400 kms from Mumbai) in Gujarat state, which is rated industrially the most developed state in India. The city is well connected by rail, air, roads & ports.
The plant is located in a sprawling 60,000 sq mts. area with the manufacturing area spread over 10,000 sq mts. being expanded by another 5,000 sq mts facility shortly. |

The total manufacturing capacity of the plant is about 2000 MT per month of modified starches, polymers, inks, binders, thickeners etc. Plans are on to increase the capacity of the manufacturing facility at the current location immediately.
6000 sq mts storage facility to keep raw material & finished goods is equipped with latest material handling equipments to manage inward and outward goods efficiently.
A new 100,000 sq mts grass root plant is also underway to cater to the growing demand of the product range.

The facility is equipped with utilities like five steam boilers of 650 kgs/ hour, two thermic fluid boilers of 4,00,000 KCAL , two chilling plants of 100 TR, two DG sets of 700 KVA each, compressed air system, DM plant, cooling tower system, N2 Plant etc. The plant is also equipped with the latest effluent treatment system resulting in zero discharge.
